OUR POLICY
Lateness
If you are 15 minutes late or more, we cannot promise that your scheduled service can be performed that day as we cannot cut other clients’ appointment time because it affects their plan and schedule. You will need to reschedule and will be subjected to the last minute rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule , please let us know AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any late cancellation made less than 24 hours will be subjected to last minute rescheduling fee. The fee must be paid in order to book with Z Beauty again.
Deposit Payments
A credit card deposit might be required at the time of your next booking. If we cannot accept your booking your deposit will be fully refunded. The refund process will take about 5-10 days. This is to protect the time set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time schedules which are quickly booked out every week.
No Show Clients
If you don't show up to your appointments at the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. It is unfair for other clients and the business.
Lash Policy
💥 We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, if your lashes fall of 50%, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to you satisfaction at no extra charge within 7 days, all lashes after 7 days will be charged price for infill set. Z Beauty must be notified within 48 hours after services are rendered if you are not satisfied with service given or if a fix is needed.
💥 We do not offer refund on services.
💥 If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them for FREE of charge.
💥 Child Policy
Please do not bring your child/ children under the age of 13 to be left unattended to your appointment. If a guardian over 18 is present that is not receiving a service can watch the child, then the child will be allowed. This policy is to ensure the safety of all of our guests and clients. We do not want to take any risk, as our staff cannot and will not be held liable to watch unattended children while their guardian is not able to watch them while services are being performed.
If a child under 13 is brought to an appointment, the client may be asked to reschedule to a later time when their child isn't with them and a late cancellation fee will incur.
💥 Aftercare
Keep lashes dry and free of makeup / do not cleanse for at least 24 hours after lift procedure
Avoid oil based products
Avoid swimming/steam for at least 24 hours
Mascara is not advised
Don't rub your eyes
Lie on your back for the first night as lashes are still able to shape shift during this time
💥 When booking your two/three week refill appointment, you must have 40% remaining of lash extensions or it’s considered a FULL SET.
